Twitter has quickly become the social network of choice for business or personal. It is dynamic in promotion as well as instantly connecting with clients or friends and relatives. If you want to quickly gain traffic, join Twitter.
I have been using Twitter for a few months now and find the results excellent.
Since the updates are restricted to 140 characters. Being direct and not wordy is what works.
For personal accounts, you can talk about near anything.
For business accounts, keep one topic and don't stray from it except to supporting items.
Keep your descriptions simple. Examples:
How to ...........
Would you like .........
Have you ever ..........
Thing that are a turn off. Examples:
I recommend ....
Make 1000's doing ....
If you want to sell, use a soft approach by addressing the benefits not the product.
Make sure your updates are not just promotion of links. A lot of people do want to know what your about and tweeting without links is the only way to gain any focus on that.
I am using it to express and listen. To learn more about personal energies.
