Control is a perception

There is a simple way to always retain control of your surroundings to the degree that nature allows any of us to have. Give control to keep control.

To be a leader, we all need to learn what being a follower is. When have you been lead to believe your reward comes later if you give now?

This is not usually met. Usually we are just being manipulated and used for alternate agenda's.

To retain loyalty, control is given by never taking away from another person. All of their decisions at any time are to be theirs without undue influence. If you cannot achieve this your loyalty and followers will dwindle to nothing.

Look through my entry titled "Hierarchy of Humanness".

I find control in my life very simple. My choices are mine, yours are yours. If they are both one and the same result, we are joined in the achieving of a goal. If not we are not joined, and this does not have to mean we are adversaries. It merely means we are not joined at this time.

Agree to disagree is much easier then the resulting chaos of ""My way or the Highway" "No win No win"

Even to disagree is a win if both sides are allowed their space to be what they choose.

I have been through both sides of this situation 1000's of times. A few times we have both won.

There is another side to winning even though we disagree. No repercussions. If the opportunity arises to show support to one who in the past you have disagreed. If the issue at hand now you both agree it is now still possible to join and of course remain individuals.

Look for the win, the choice is always there if you are open to and looking for it.
