Physiology most powerful force on earth 4

Why do we suddenly stop and go the other way.

Physiology plays a big part in this cognitive response. Make no mistake when this happens it is your unconscious talking to you.
Instances of reversals in behavior are common, not so common is always knowing before hand.
Is not a crime to be human. It is a crime to deny yourself being human.

I have observed people who choose a career, fight tooth and nail to succeed at it.
Then suddenly realize they wanted to be doing something entirely different with their lives, put the brakes on, refit their game plan and go a different path. They are all happier people for doing so.

This happens to almost all people, your not alone by any means.

I have observed people who after being together for decades, suddenly decide to part ways in a mutual consent deployment. They have all become actual friends after, but when together were not.
Knowing what is in your heart is not so difficult.
Knowing that what is in your heart changes by itself is not so easy.

How to know when to follow the brain or follow the heart

Easy solution, what you feel about yourself does not come from the brain.
And you do have to live with yourself, might as well like that person.
Heaven is waking and smiling at who you are.

Hell is waking and avoiding looking at who you are.

It is your choice.

Should you be confronted with the knowing you want to be doing something different with your life, you have already begun the change. Realization is a Y in life and you are being pulled by your unconscious to awaken.
Reality Check.
We are born alone, we die alone.
If you live your life for other people or the fear of their perception of you.
You will suffer life's only tragedy.
REGRET
What we feel comes from the heart, and our instincts, our emotions come from the brain. Ponder that.
Follow your heart , learn to know what you feel is not necessarily your present emotional state.
Take the time to be sure , having no outside influence.

Our life amounts to what we call our legacy.
Our legacy is the accumulation of all the choices we make.

Candles in the wind always get blown out and never finish what they were meant for.

Till next time, wishing you well, tips hat.
