Testing the testers

Ever notice that pattern of constantly being tested. Being put in situations that are designed to force compromise to your inner values. A broad term of this is called oppression. Which always comes with a twist.

Many times there is the resolving end result that reminds of us our human condition. We all venture forth with convictions of what we will or won't compromise. If others in your piers do compromise, they will go to great lengths to force you in doing the same. The motivation for this? "Insert answer here" There is going to be many of these tests. They will sneak up on you with alarming speed, I presume to catch you off your guard. Family is by far the greatest of the piers that will gang up on you to force a choice on you they all know you are opposed to.

Most of the instances of this obsessive compulsive is beyond obvious personal. I have noticed a pattern in most of the situations that I have been led into. It is not about being logical in addressing a issue to bring about a solution. For the most part the motivation has been elusive to me, and the instigating source never does come forth , this I am sure is for good reason, we all know what that is.

The only solution to breaking this circle is of course to not pass it on. Be open to others who suggest alternatives that do have viable end results. Be open to being part of the change needed to bring about a solution instead of wearing blinders and remaining carved of stone. The reward of having this personal trait is vast and recursive. The reward of having brought about that change and knowing all who come after are not left with that only choice which does not work. If you are this way your life will improve, your personal self image and self esteem will grow.

Good things will happen.
